Any amounts that you have paid to date will be a claim in the Liquidation. Most passengers who have paid by Credit Card will be able to claim a refund from the Credit Card Company in due course. We anticipate that the refund will only be processed after the Liquidation has commenced in a few weeks time. If you paid by Debit Card or cheque you will become a Creditor.
Our offices are now closed. We have traded for many years and many passengers have travelled with us. We are truly sorry for the disappointment and any inconvenience caused by this sad news. In the circumstances there was unfortunately no more that we could do.
5th June 2009 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR TORBAY EXPRESS PASSENGERS
We are able to advise you of the new arrangements that have been made for the operation of the Torbay Express following the above announcement.
These trains have now become the responsibility of The Torbay Express Limited. The new company will be pleased to honour your bookings but will be unable to make any refunds.
You will be contacted in due course by the Torbay Express Limited regarding final travel information, the issue of tickets and any balance of payment that may be due.
In the meantime for all further information and enquiries concerning bookings and the operation of these trains please call

This number can only handle new bookings and enquiries regarding existing bookings on the Torbay Express series of trains.
8th June - The Armada 8th August, The Welsh Marches 3rd October, The Lickey Tornado 14th November, The Ludlow Christmas Market Saturday 28th November and The Yuletide Torbay Express Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th December have now become the responsibility of The Torbay Express Limited.
