Booking is easy!
Credit and Debit card holders can book over the phone by calling:

We accept most major credit and debit cards apart from American Express, and we can accept bookings by Switch – please remember that you will have to quote your issue number.
We regret that seats cannot be reserved unless we receive payment.

Acknowledgments and Boarding Passes
Bookings made by telephone will be verbally acknowledged at time of booking. If you require written acknowledgment, please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your postal booking. Your boarding pass and travel information will usually be dispatched at least five days before departure. However, the boarding passes cannot be sent until the departure times are confirmed.
Please pay particular attention to the arrival and departure times as these may vary from those given in this web-site.
Booking Premier Dining Class or First Class seats.
Tables of two can be guaranteed for an additional charge of £15.00 per person

Junior Tickets
Junior fares cover children aged 5 to 16 years inclusive.
